Mombasa residents demonstrate against increased GBV cases

 

Residents of Mombasa took to the streets to protest the increased cases of Gender Based Violence (GBV) cases in the region. The protest took center stage following the physical assault, rape and attempted murder of Ms. Irene Aisha Syongula by men in Kibarani, Mombasa on 16 February, 2017
